The ethos of Shiv Fitz coaching is to help women regain they're power and become unstoppable. As your coach I offer a holistic approach for you to achieve your goals. Helping you achieve your goals by enhancing  training performance, helping you with your nutrition and your relationship with food and tackling issues regarding body image. Using practises and strategies to promote mindfulness and improve your quality of life. Over a decade in the dance and fitness industry I have worked with hundreds of women, I believe that a holistic  approach is the best way forward to tackle aspects you might be struggling with, in order for you to become the strong woman you in vision and for you to achieve your goals. Life is too short not to feel your best and become the woman you really want to be.
