Inspiring, empowering and educating
Having the right education and support is vital for young women to thrive. As a dancer and performer, I grew up without the knowledge or tools I needed to build a positive body image, a healthy relationship with food, and true confidence in myself. That experience drives my work today.
Through my online coaching and workshops, I provide women with the education and support I wish I’d had, teaching them how to rebuild body confidence, create freedom around food, and discover the value of training for strength and performance.
There are still huge gaps in the health and wellness sector when it comes to supporting women in these areas, and my mission is to change that. I’ve delivered guest talks and seminars for a variety of organisations, helping them improve the wellbeing of young women and performers.
👉 If you are a company, school, or organisation looking to empower women with the tools to live with confidence, freedom, and strength, I’d love to work with you.
